One day seminar: price starting at 60 €
(Seminar room rental, big screen, paper board, overhead projector, mineral water, two coffee breaks, lunch (main dish and dessert) drinks included
Semi residential stay: price starting at 145 €
(Seminar room rental, big screen, paper board, overhead projector, mineral water, two coffee breaks, lunch (main dish and dessert) drinks included room rental and buffet breakfast included
Residential stay: price starting at 180 €
(Seminar room rental, big screen, paper board, overhead projector, mineral water, two coffee breaks, lunch (main dish and dessert) drinks included, dinner, room rental and buffet breakfast included
Business stay: 100 €

Workshops :
Wine and cooking classes
Winemaster workshop:
Based on your availability, different workshops are possible:
- Guess the oldest wine between two bottles without tasting it.
- A second workshop is dedicated to aromas: fruit, flower, vegetables, spices...
- A third workshop looks at taste: sweet, sour, salty, acid.
- A fourth workshop is dedicated to how to serve drinks: wine, fruit juice...
- The balance between different tastes
- Classical culinary matches
- Original culinary matches
- Jeu sur les équilibres des saveurs et des arômes
- Lunch will be organized to discover all of the matches: 6 dishes (starter, shellfish, fish, poultry, meat, dessert and coffee) each dish will be served with 2 wines.
- The 12 wines will be selected by the winemaster.
- Each wine will match the dish chosen.
Cooking workshop:
- Cooking classes are given by our master chef Jérome NUTILE.
- Individual cooking classes can be ½ a day from 8:30 to 11:30
- In the kitchen with the chef or sous-chef, in a group in the dining room, or in pairs in the kitchen groups...
- Possibilities: unpacking of merchandise
- Presentation of kitchen hierarchy and the specificities of each post
- Tricks of the trade from the chef as well as recipes
- Preparing the dining room for lunch
- Possibility to participate in the kitchen for the lunch service from 12pm
- Possibility to choose a specific theme e.g. foie gras; chocolate, truffles
Classes are given using seasonal produce (mushrooms, foie gras, basil, truffles...).

The rooms:
Each room is unique and has its own charm and style.
Thanks to the previous owner of the building, who was a successful artist, a fantastic atmosphere and creative spirit reigns in each room.

The restaurant: Two star in the Michelin guide
The Hotel Le Castellas restaurant and Jérome Nutile in particular, offers gastronomic cuisine that respects the area in which we live and recently received its second star.
Jerome’s simple nature and open mind make him an excellent collaborator in his everyday work. His good mood and happiness to work in the kitchen can be observed and appreciated by all.
The chef’s food is inspired by the market place and products he finds locally. His dishes transmit his joy of cooking and mix quality produce and freshness.
To accompany your selection of foods, the winemaster Jean Luc Sauron and his staff have collected a wide variety of over 100 bottles to choose from.

Taught be Jérome Nutile, discover a new way of cooking from the head chef of the Hotel Le Castellas which just received a second star from the Michelin guide ( Jérome was sous-chef to Georges Blanc in a 3 star Michelin restaurant).
Classes can be taken individually or in a group.
