500m2 of aromatic herbs and condiments: borage, hyssop, camomile, nasturtium, absinth, oregano, curry, lemon thyme…), of vegetables (rhubarb, 7 varieties of tomatoes, 4 varieties of strawberries, courgettes, aubergines, peppers…) and flowers (sunflower, lavender, dahlia…) to cook with and decorate until your heart’s content.
A meeting between the chef and the gardener/artist is held every morning to sociably discuss ideas and plans. The gardener/artist has no lack of spirit or reflection to grow the Castellas garden using his brilliant university background, his intuition and his love for nature.
