Inside, the vaulted rooms made of stone from Vers Pont du Gard create a unique welcoming atmosphere.
Outside, as soon as the sun is up, the tables are laid on the terraces, allowing guests to savour the beautiful surroundings.
Starting with the buffet breakfast, you can taste the Chef’s homemade jams, marmalades, cakes and fruit salads, all colourful, full of vitamins and deliciously tasty. An excellent way to start the day.
Our chef will satisfy every desire - festive meals, with friends or family, or business lunches. Le Castellas will make any meal a moment of intense delight.
The menus change every 15 days and we have suggestions every day.
Menus from 19€ to 26€ for unique lunch menu or from 42€ for dinner. You can also take "à la carte".
Half board is 36€ ( only for 3 nights minimum) and menu is changing every day depending on the inspiration of the chef !
Our restaurant is open everyday.
The Lounge bar and restaurant
The lounge is open every night from 18.00pm to 22.30 pm.
It is situated in the upper terrace which has a beautiful view on the roofs of the village.
We can also propose you smoked salmon, cheese, raw and cooked ham, tapas, cocktails, infusions, champagne
…
Only at night or on the day if you are at the hotel… come and enjoy this moment on the terrace.

Picnics
Take the Uzège nature path and take in the colours, the secrets and the smells in the surrounding countryside.
A delightful walk will take you from Uzes to see the beautiful landscapes, along little paths through the villages and up to the top of the Gardon Gorges, ending at the Pont du Gard. By the end of the first day, you’ll need to relax by the pool at the Castellas hotel.
Regional speciality picnic: EUR 16 per person (please book 24 hours in advance).
Sandwich (baguette, vegetables, lettuce, Pélardon goat’s cheese and ham), garden salad, chips, fruit in season, cake, 1/2l. bottle of water, a disposable paper bag and disposable cutlery and plates.
